In executive leadership, the emotional landscape is often overlooked, yet it profoundly impacts our decision-making abilities and our overall effectiveness. By prioritising these relationships, leaders ensure they have the support needed to lead with confidence and resilience.

Leaders often feel pressured to have all the answers, but admitting doubt can actually strengthen leadership.
