Driven by a vision to revolutionise leadership development, Kate Fletcher founded FutureMakers. With over 10 years of experience chairing CEO peer groups and having worked with over 500 CEOs and C Suite leaders, Kate recognised the need for a vibrant, inspiring, and collaborative environment for ambitious leaders.
A Proven Idea
Kate's career has been distinguished by senior executive roles and board positions in world-class organisations that include GSK, Britvic, Nestle and McVities. This experience provided her with deep insights into leadership and business dynamics, fuelling her desire to create FutureMakers.

Through her extensive interactions with CEOs, Kate saw that successful leaders thrive in supportive communities that foster innovation and growth. She envisioned FutureMakers as a space where leaders could share their experiences and drive each other toward greater success.

Kate Fletcher
Kate has over 10 years of experience helping over 500 CEOs, founders, and leaders in scale-up businesses, with more than 15,000 hours of CEO coaching and 500 days chairing vibrant CEO peer groups.
Her 20-year executive career includes senior roles at global organizations like GSK, Britvic/Pepsi UK&I, Nestle, and McVities.
Beyond work, Kate has led winning teams, sailed in the Round the World Yacht Race, captained representative hockey teams, and played national-level hockey. As a mother of two, she understands the challenges of balancing family and career.
Ian White
Executive and Team Coach, Accredited Mediator, Experienced facilitator and peer group chair, Director for the Cranfield Non-Executive Directors Programme, Ian also runs a successful Board Effectiveness Practice.
Former chief legal officer and company secretary for listed and major private companies, Ian’s experience spans FTSE100, FTSE small cap, PE backed, large private, SME businesses, Not for Profit organisations and Building Societies.
Beyond work, Ian is an avid walker who has trekked much of the UK’s national trails and parts of the Camino. Known more for his enthusiasm than navigation skills, he's currently training as a walk leader. A passionate traveller, Ian is planning adventures to Tasmania and Sri Lanka in 2025.
